Creating the album artwork for acclaimed Australian musician Lance Gurisik was a dream project, as it combined two aspects of my visual career: collage art and art direction/graphic design across CULL PORTAL's inner and outer sleeves, side A + B record labels, and 33 Sides logo. Records/vinyl are a perfect medium for accessible art that you can hold in your hand, while listening to the music! In this case, dreamy contemporary jazz/electronica soundscapes.

The concept was to have three separate but cohesive images: the back cover depicts where you are leaving from (Brutalist city on gondola), the front cover where you are travelling to (the portal entrance on the lake), and the insert image shows what's through the portal on the other side (blue planet).
